“Walk Good”
In my home country of Jamaica, there is an old benediction used when sending someone off on their journey - a way of wishing them well:
"Walk Good"
In my therapy practice, my goal is to get to know you, to understand where you've been, and to support you in finding where you want to go. As your advocate, who is fiercely empowering and compassionate, we will work as a team to develop your strengths and the ability to “walk good” toward the things that are healing for you.
Any point in your life can be a moment of realization - a point when something feels out of place and you're driven to explore and question what you know and understand about yourself and the world at large. These are the moments when I join clients in support of them reaching deeper cohesion in how they want to experience themselves and move through the world.
